Let's hear about Andre in Colorado !

Unforgettable it was!! About 9500 faithful filled the Pepsi Center last night. Andre and His orchestra marched in On the music, Entrance of the Gladiators, the crowd was on their feet. They clapped on the marches, and danced on The Beautiful Blue Danube, laughed at every joke.It was all very easy on the eyes and ears! Then came His version of Beethoven,s Ode to Joy was over the top. The lovely tune Don,t Cry for Me Argentina by Susan, was superb!Who could forget Gold and Silver Wine, Woman and Song? To top all these, came Feurfest! Everybody enjoyed it! Marcel,s Circus Reintz, and the speed contest with Frank, made this evening that much enjoyable. The singers, trio of tenors,back-up singers, three solo sopranos pleased the crowd every time! Funiculi Funicula,I Could Have Danced All Night,Return to Sorrento and Juliska from Budapest, were crowd pleasers. Radetzky March brought the colored balloons, and the real party started. I am happy I was part of this beautiful celebration, danced with Carla, and close to the end started the Conga dance, elevate the mood higher in the crowd! Thanks Andre and JSO, for the memorable evening, will cherish the experience the rest of my life! Kati
My friend made some pictures of me, while i was csardasing away up front, mostly my back, was too dardk, I will try to lighten them up, and send it again. She missed me in the Conga, was the first to form it, but it is OK. I am not the tallest person, but I feel very tall now, maybe last a few days. Kati
The great fans of Andre,s who gathered in Dallas or New York or Portland were missed by me the most! It would have been wonderful if we could have gotten together like that!? Maybe at another concert? They were very tired, but in good mood. They do have to know how much us Fans do appreciate this beautiful entertainment they did give us, and lifetime memories. Being away from them just a few feet, seemed unreal, like wake up from Your dreams! Kati
Sally, this is the biggest surprise I could have gotten from anybody. This writing and the pictures, just beautiful. Thanks Sally, it is a great honor to be with these Fans of Andre,s and JSO, they do deserve much more. It is very lovely indeed! Kati
Kati...Thank you for telling us about your glorious evening with Andre/JSO. I thought about you so much last night and could hardly wait to hear a few words. Dancing with Carla..WOW. Is that experience heavenly or what? My turn will come Dec. 10th here in Tucson. I have my AR scarf, picture pins that Ruth made last year, and I got a Netherlands flag to wave together with the US flag. If anyone is coming to the Tucson concert please email me beejay31@cox.net Barb W
Andre had a smirk on His face, here is a crazy hungarian celebrating by herself, I started it, I had to finish, just love Her as Juliska. Kati
KATI,I'M SO PROUD OF YOU I COULD JUST BURST!!! YOU DID IT! I'll bet Andre loved it too!and so did Carla. I knew you would have a grand time.
It was a little too early celebration, but I just wanted to dance with Carla, She does a wonderful job up there! I just had to do it, I have no idea if I ever will get the chance in my lifetime? Naturally, Dan was there with His banners, Andre was laughing abou the one for president, so was everyone else. They looked very tired, I just thought of the after a very long trip from Winnipeg? I was hoping they were fying? Yes, two weeks are long enough away from the family, from the home, but they did please so many thousands in this twoo weeks, others will follow. I am ready for my next concert! Kati
The timing was not right about my csardas, the piece came too early in the show, You have to get people ready for this kind of mood, and dancing. I was the only fool out there, took a lot of courage to do it, felt alone. I do not know how people have that much courage go on stage and perform day after day! I do admire them! You get in the singing and dancing mood later in the evening, but I wanted to celebrate with Andre,s music. He certainly have not disappoint us.Yes, just like Shirley said, to see them and listen to them liveor watch on of His DVDs is like day and night. On the live show, You really realize the beautiful voices the soloist have, just wonderful. Kati
BRRRRRAVO KATI! so glad you did it!!!! sorry about the timing, it probably would have been easier for you later on...but all the more BRRRRRRAVO AND BRAVE-0 TO YOU!!!! if you had not done it you would have regretted it forever!!!! Lorraine
I am sure of that. We have to be a little crazy sometimes in this life, just so We can enjoy it! Kati
Kati, remember when, as children,if we felt like dancing, we danced!Sometimes I think we, as adults, need to let out our "inner child", the one who is carefree and full of the zest for life. No inhibitions, just dance for the pure pleasure of dancing. Sometimes I still like to swing on a swing in the park.Let the wind blow through my hair and I don't care who's watching!
As We ganyway! Katirow older, We are getting closer and closer to our second childhood
Kati, I'm so proud of you. I thought of you all day long and wondered what happened last night at the concert...is she going to? Is she not going to? And, you did not disappoint. IF I could only have what it takes to do what you did, I would be so happy! You are quite a gal Kati, and thanks so very much for sharing this wonderful experience! I really enjoyed reading your words!!!
Marlene, I thought of all the Fans, whom I had no chance to meet yet! Would have been wonderful to get together on this one also. One day, we will do it. To see them performing live, hearing the beautiful sopranos and tenors live is just something is very hard to prescribe. You have to be there!! You went 2 in a row? Right? You know what I am talking about. If Dan would become a polygamist, take up a few wives, we could travel with Him to all Andre,s concerts? A very good idea! We would have to ask His wife first though. Just kidding. Kati
Hello Ladies!
Kati! I am SOOO happy for you!!! I mean VERY happy for you! BRAVO!!!!! Even now, I sometimes still act like a 10 year old, instead of a "mature" teen. My mom, and best friend always tease me about being so feather-brained sometimes. This is what I tell them: " I want to have a fun teenage-hood, and when I'm going to be an elderly lady, I'll look back at my teenage years, as a beautiful, and fun part of life."
Yours Truly,
Sarah
Thanks Sarah, it is nice of You. I had a great time. Kati

Nice work Kati! You too Sally for putting it up so nicely! Wasn't it a wonderful concert?? It brings back concert memories of 3 weeks ago when I saw them in Seattle and Portland...as if I needed a reminder!
Nice to see your picture Kati, thanks for sharing! Take care everyone.
The experience will stay with me for a long time. Kati
Hi Kati!
You're making me smile. You're still on that cloud #9? Haha!
your's truly,
Sarah
Yes Sarah, I am on a cloud,9 I said it all the time, You are growing up too fast. One day, we will meet, and I will be You dance teacher for csardas. OK? From a beautiful experience, just do not want to wake up yet. I know all the members of His orchestra, because the DVDs, never met them. This was the closest they were from me yet, just about 5 feet, it was great. Hard to come back to reality! Thanks Sarah, Kati
KATI, just saw your WONDERFUL photos...WOW...thank you for the treat! You look EXACTLY as i have always pictured you!!!!!!! You are a BEAUTIFUL Hungarian!!!! ....with lovely big eyes! So glad to see you. I hope hope hope you can lighten those photographs so we can see you dance...IF NOT...there is always next time!
I have been listening alot of Brahms Hungarian Rapsody...always thinking of you dancing...not sure that is exactly a csarda...but it sure is beautiful...they really do have a dash of Paprikash...those hungarians...have you ever heard of Sarasate....OH MY GARSH...just discovered his music....Hungarian Violin ....you can be so proud to come from a wonderful European heritage! Keep csardering!
SALLY, as always you did a wonderful job in putting up photographs...thank you so much for all your good work!L....
Thanks for the compliments, Sally is the wizard, Computer wizard/ I have not heard of Him, not hungarian. Back home, lots of gypsies, formed a band playing the hungarian folk songs, and the gypsy songs. They are thew most beautiful. I had a rough life, as a Highschool teacher could not make the living, under the communist regime. They are free now, but hardships will exist for a long time to come. The Country is beautiful, people are very friendly, but the majority of them poor. I have a big nose, no surgery, my husband said, so I have to live with it. Make up helps also, I am just average, but have a Heart of Gold. I think that is more important than anything else. Kati
Kati: Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and I think everyone finds you Beautiful!
Sally, You are just so nice to everybody! Get Well! Little tea and lots of rum! Kati
oooooo,,,,,, meant to say Sarasate played gypsy violin Hungarian/Romanian style...Saraste is actual Spanish.....

hi Kati!
Just like the ladies said....You ARE beautiful! When I first "met" you online, I imagined you'd be an older lady. When I saw you, I thought: "Wow! She looks so young, but she's still our wise owl!"
love,
Sarah
p.s. I sure hope, I don't grow up too fast!
Now, You Sarah, being so nice! Thanks, fits for an old Lady! Kati
