WHAT AN AFTERNOON?? WHAT AN EVENING?? TO REALLY ENJOY ANDRE'S MUSIC, YOU HAVE TO BE THERE, AND ENJOY A LIVE SHOW! THE BROCHURES WERE FLYING OUT OF MY HANDS BY 5 OR SIX AT THE TIME, THAT IS HOW MANY SOME PEOPLE WANTED. (I am a Denon André Rieu Ambassador & had Denon Catalogs to pass out)
I GOT TO DANCE WITH MY BROTHER ON BLUE DANUBE, I NEVER KNEW, HE IS SUCH A GREAT DANCER! I MET DAN AND HIS LOVELY WIFE, HE SAID, I KNOW YOU!

Hi Kati, thanks so much for a great concert report and beautiful photos. I know you had a wonderful time even if it was in the snow. Bet it was nice and warm inside though
HiJeanine, it was snowing just the mornings mhours, by early afternoon, the Sun came out, melted the snow to slush. Was no problem at all. I wonder, abouth the Orchestra, They did have to drove to Salt Lake City, might have bveen lots of snow theye, it did come from that direction. Kati
I LEFT THE BEST LAST!! I DANCED ON BLUE DANUBE, I WAS WONDERING ABOUT THE CONGA?? I SAID, FOR SURE, MY BROTHER WILL NOT DO IT. LOOKING AROUND, HERE COMES A TALL GOOD LOOKING MAN, AND I JUST FOLLOWED HIM, TRIED TO HOLD HIS SHOULDERS, BUT SOMETIMES, I COULD NOT, HE WAS TOO TALL, I AM TOO SHORT, SO JUST HELD HIS JACKET ON THE BACK. NEVER COMPLAINED!! WE DANCED AND AT THE END OF THE FRONT HE SAID,WHAT NOW, I SAID TURN AROUND AND WE DO THE SAME UNTIL THE MUSIC PLAYS. HE REALLY WAS A GOOD SPORT, AND LONG LINE FOLLOWED!! WE REALLY ENJOYED IT. I DID NOT WANTED TO BE BY MYSELF, FEELING FOOLISH, BUT THIS TURNED OUT JUST GREAT. THANKS JSO!!! KATI

I strongly suspect, Kati stole a lot of hearts in her younger days + I suspect she stole some hearts at Andre's concert a couple of days ago.
You really have a look that makes a man's head turn + you've really kept yourself in great shape, maybe the bicycle riding helps you to retain your girlish figure.
And you look like a real fun person to be around.
Bill, it is very wrong. I had one boyfriend married Him, and that is it. Unfortunately He is not here no more. I am basically a big talk, and shy, maybe hard to believe it?? I love to tease, for fun, try to get along with all, do not matter to me, who they are. Woman or Man, just friends. Sometimes, when I laugh, I really should cry, but laughing is better for you, sometimes. I whistled, when I had extra stress, that is my way of not showing. Just like for everybody, Life is up and down. Kati
Kati, the important thing is that you are a beautiful outside and inside. Laughing is always best even when you feel like crying. I feel that way a lot and you know when I feel down I watch the happiest DVD concert of Andre's that I can find and I always end of smiling and laughing. Hugs to you

Bill, we will meet one day and you can see it for and decide yourself. Certainly Andre's music puts me in a different mood. One day, I will teach you csardas, and waltz, if you do not know waltz yet. Kati
I know how to waltz, Kati. I've been told I'm a good dancer & give the ladies a strong lead.
I don't know how to do, or how to pronounce csardas.
I will be a judge of that one day!! I will teach you how to pronounce csardas also. I might have to go to Phoenix, I do not know, I do not hear from You , that You travel, to any of the shows?? Kati

Congratulation on being among the very first Ambassadors to officially help promote Andre at a concert. Surely, many, many people must have asked you how you became an Ambassador, & obtained that "Official" button.

I gave out a whole bunch of those little slips of paper with website addresses when I was at the last concert here in Phoenix in 2006. Everyone wanted one. I was disappointed & surprised only a couple of people showed up, decloaked & said something.
Hopefully, you will have better results & hopefully we will get a lot more people on this blog from Colorado.
The back of my TShirt had Sally's website in 1/2" letters, so others could see it. I'm going to have something added to the back of my TShirt this year, but I'm not going to reveal that until 8 Dec, concert night here in Phoenix

Hello Shirley, my Brother and His wife just loved it!! I introduced all my DVDs earlier to them, especially, the New York and the Schonbrunn one, they just loved it, but it is nothing like a live show!! I did have a good friend with Her Boyfriend, it was a Birthday present from me to Her! They are American, my Brother and Wife are Hungarians. I talked to all kind of people, asked them how did they liked it, all said, just beautiful and they are crazy about Andre's music. I found not one negative comment, made me very happy, very proud!! It was wonderful, too bad, it does go so fast!!?? Next time is Dec. 2nd for me, something to look forward again, hoping more of a Christmas style, I will see. Now, I am working every day, about 6 hours, I had to learn a lot, but I really do not want to overdo , but I do have to help my Brother. So, getting older even faster?? Kati

Kati, what a nice concert report! I enjoyed reading about your experience and also enjoyed the pictures very much! The snow is beautiful, but when André gets in town, I just as soon it be nice and clear and comfortable...no snow, ice or rain!

Hi Marlene, did you ever order the Andre Rieu Masterpieces CD? I just thought about it when I received an email that it has been shipped. I know you were talking about getting it and I just wondered if you did. I think several sellers have it but I picked the one who was offering a pre-sale. I don't think there is anything new on it but it does have "Meditation" which I dearly love. I can still see him playing it on the DVD "The Vienna I Love". He looked so nervous (absolutely gorgeous but nervous) and didn't have the beautiful expressions he has developed over the years from being so comfortable with his playing and his audience. I wish he would someday play that again in a concert. There is another song from "The Gypsy Baron" and I think it is Andre's favorite Strauss waltz called "Wer Uns Getraut" (The one who married us) which he hasn't played for a long time. It is very beautiful and I just played it today; it is on "100 Years of Strauss" DVD. There are so many beautiful songs that I want to put on one DVD and call it My Andre Favorites, that is if I ever get time. Hugs
Hi Jeanine. I got the Masterpieces CD and I like it. There several pieces that André and his violin were featured -Largo from Winter (Four Seasons) and "Meditation" of course.
