Everyone can contact their local PBS for information on Andre Rieu Concerts.  This is what we did.  PBS welcomes pledges from everyone.  There is no one person who is the keeper of this information.  Everyone can contact and receive information regarding Andre Rieu and Membership Levels & Thank You Gifts.

    The concert on May 21 2009 in Manchester is at the Verizon wireless arena at 8 pm and the first 3 rows are 700 a pair they include a meet and greet dinner (Andre does not go to this) and a DVD and CD.

    Rows 4-12 is 480 per pair and includes a DVD. Rows 13-34 are 300 per pair and include a CD the rest of the seating is 250 a Pair. That’s the scoop on the concert. I can tell you this information with confidence because I bought my tickets 3 or 4 weeks ago I was the first to call!! Thanks

      The pricing for Manchester was completely changed a while ago. The first four rows still are $700. The rest of the floor seats are $380. Anyone who paid $480 is being refunded $100 to his/her credit card. They have already called me that they did mine. From row 12 back was $350 but now is $380. I know someone who paid $350 under the old plan. She will now pay $380 but will keep her place in line so will probably be moved up quite a few rows as they are still assigning seats in the order of receipt of the call. The story we got was that NH PBS started selling tickets at those outrageous prices and Andre vetoed it. Supposedly he made the comment that his FANS should be the ones to be able to sit nearer the front and lowered the prices. The woman I spoke with said they started selling tickets and then Andre came back with a whole new contract. Whether the first one was ever signed I don't know.

          Hi Jeanine. The correct prices for New Hampshire are $380 for the floor and $350 for the tiers. The whole floor is now $380. They eliminated all the other price gradations. So in effect rows 4 -13 got a price reduction and the others got a price increase.

              Since you have been to Sovereign center, My hubby 79 had knee replacements. Are the floor seats, chairs or fixed seating? Which seats do you think better for him? This is why I want to get seats asap for his comfort. Is the stage high enough that you can see Andre & JSO from any seat on the floor or should I go up a tier?

                Hi Marguerite,  when you enter the Sovereign Center there is a big flight of stairs and I would not recommend that for your husband.  I am sure they have a special needs access to the floor section.  Once you get up these stairs to the main floor you must walk down all the stairs in the area to get to the floor again.  I would say the floor section would be best.  If he uses a wheelchair they will show you where to go to get to your seats.  The seats are just chairs but they may be bolted together.  These are the things you don't really notice unless you need them.  We have been to so many different venues that it is hard to remember but this will be our third time to the Sovereign Center. 

                When you call for your tickets mention your needs to the person taking the call.  They may have a special needs section that I am not aware of.  No matter where you are on the floor you will be able to see the stage.  The closer the better of course.  There is a parking lot across the street from the venue and there is a garage one block behind Penn Ave. off of Court Street.  If you arrive about 6:30 you should be able to easily park across the street.  If you are having dinner in the vicinity I would get there much earlier.  If you have any more questions please post again.  Hugs
