Graeme Wilkinson is an artist who lives in Western Australia. He loves music, especially Andrew Lloyd Webber and his type of music. He also loves to travel, golf and the theater.
He has a great page on MySpace where you can view his paintings.
My friend Nan Cole from Florida found this painting and our thanks to her for sharing. The artist gave Nan his permission to use this on Andre Rieu Fans.
"I painted it back in early 2008 and the motivation of course is the pleasure we all get from watching and listening to this truly magnificent lady sing.
I'm really only a hobby artist, i retired from the building industry about 10 years ago and now spend much time traveling, painting and playing golf. I'm married to Margaret who's hobby is Machine Knitting and between us we have 5 children".

Graeme, this is exceptional. You have captured her likeness very well. I think a portrait is the hardest thing to paint. She is very beautiful isn't she?

OH MY GOD Jeanine Anne I have just seen the painting you posted of Suzan Erens BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE ARTIST. It is absolutely amazing she looks so beautiful just like she does in real life. Graeme Wilkinson the artist should be congratulated on his excellent work. I have only one wish and that is that he would paint one of Mirusia. By the way if you could possibly find a way that Suzan could see it, perhaps on her own website (if she has one) she would be just as awestruck as we are. How beautifully you have captured Suzan.
I loved hearing her sing from Evita, The Wizard of Oz and in fact every song she has ever sung with AR & JSO. She made a beautiful angel when singing with the little Angels of Kawasaki-I hope that is the correct Japanese city/town. Thankyou for this painting.It is lovely
