Ed: Very nice music short. It would be
great to see Susan signed for guest
    appearances for Andre specials and
concerts. Mirusia and Susan are both
    wonderful singers and would complement
    each other. Encore Susan!!

When Suzan Erens sang Don't Cry for me Argintina. I was told she was lip synching. I say no. What's the truth?

All I can say is she wasn't lip syncing when I heard her. That was the real deal.

        Thank you for your answer
why do they lip sync? why don't they just sing the song outright?
        Regards

John, I think a lot of times it's done to ensure quality of sound for TV or films or maybe, as I heard once, a singer had been ill & her voice wasn't up to par so they used the lip syncing. I remember hearing that even Pavarotti did it during a concert in Italy. So I guess, for a variety of reasons, it is done. I'm sure it's usually frowned on but I can see where it might sometimes be necessary.

Lip-syncing? I think we all know how beautifully Suzan sings, there should be no question as to whether or not she was lip-syncing.
I heard her sing "Don't Cry for me Argentina" at the concert one year, and it was an extremely beautiful rendition of the song. Suzan has a strong, beautiful, quality voice.

HAPPY NEW YEAR. Everyone. It was great indeed to see Suzan Erens sing again LIVE in person on this trip. She does not have an agent or organizational support in the USA at the moment, so perhaps someone with the necessary expertise can render assistance to her ?? Many of us would like to see Suzan back in the USA singing here again... LIVE. Cheers !!!

Ed: I hope Andre will sign SUZAN on for
USA concerts but Andre is blessed with
the dilema of 4-5 great soloists though
I haven"t heard Laura Engel. The Last Rose is one favorite by SUZAN. She can
count on support in our house sans Andre if the fates will it.
