Andre Rieu And Orchestra Tour 2011 Presale

Andre Rieu And Orchestra Tour - 2011 Presale

More than 30 million albums sold.  More than 700,000 spectators each year at his concerts around the world.  In the U.S., he was crowned the No. 1 classical artists, in Australia he received more than 100 times for his platinum records and DVDs. Now, the waltz king comes with his 50-member Johann Strauss Orchestra on a world tour - and will be experienced in Berlin and Erfurt. Semmel Concerts Concert organized by the King of Waltz in Erfurt (12/01/2011) and Berlin (01/15/2011).

The incredible popularity of the artist is certainly the result of the brilliant virtuosity of the Dutch violinist and orchestra conductor and a repertoire that consists of the most beautiful melodies of the greatest classical music. Above all, he has managed to convey with this music - away from the often solemn concert experience in many concert halls - including the fun he makes.

"Even as a child I was fascinated by the world of music enormously. My father was a conductor and I still remember the bombastic sound of the orchestra, to the many bows, which were always simultaneously in the same direction. I thought that was wonderful!  However, I was surprised at the sombre atmosphere during the concerts. All of them made such a serious face, no one was allowed to clear his throat, let alone laugh.  And that even though this music as much joy went out, "recalls André Rieu and adds:" The waltz drew me so much under its spell that it was several years later to be the rhythm of my life:  a musician living in three-quarter time. Now I am playing today with my own orchestra much more than just the waltz.  My dream is to make all sorts of classical music accessible to a wide audience. "

Organized by Semmel Concerts, André Rieu is in its "André Rieu and Orchestra Tour 2011 in Erfurt and Berlin to experience, where he led the audience in a world of waltzes, musicals and classical music. The presale is running!  For more information: http://www.semmel.de
